1 - ALL ABOUT OUR RESERVATION

How can I make a reservation for the apartment I have chosen?

o to the page of your preferred apartment and send us an E-mail from the link on the bottom of the page with the following details: First and Last name, contact telephone number, arrival and departure dates, how many persons will be in the apartment and special requests if you have any. Your booking will be valid as soon as you get confirmation from us. Telephone bookings are also available at any time on +381 64 425 80 76.

Is my reservation confirmed even if I haven't received the confirmation?

Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation by E-mail. If you are booking by telephone an E-mail confirmation will still be sent out. On receiving your confirmation E-mail your booking is safe and that dates are booked.

Do I have to pay in advance?

Advanced payment is necessary for the bookings, but we can agree otherwise in special cases.

What if something unpredictable happens to the booked apartment prior my arrival and I cannot move in?

Should there be any unforeseen circumstances (Acts of God), preventing us from provision of booking services, we will try to find you the alternative accommodation in one of our apartments of the same or a higher quality. You will not be extra charged, the rent you have already paid or the one that is agreed will cover for the costs of the alternative apartment. Should we not be able to find the alternative apartment, and unfortunately, cancel the booking, due to reasons outside of  Belgrade-Apartment.org's control we will refund the whole amount you paid, and bear no further liabilities pertaining to that.

What if I want to cancel my reservation?

As soon as you find out that you don't need our service any more, we kindly ask you to give us a call or send SMS on +381 64 425 80 76. Please note that deposits are non-refundable unless by prior agreement.

What if I want to shorten my stay in the apartment?

Since rent is paid up front we reserve the right not to refund any amount but normally we would like to accommodate you where we can and if we have the possibility to re-rent the apartment for that specific dates a plan can be made.



2 - PAYMENT


What is included in the given rates?


In the given rates following services are included:

     - accommodation

     - VAT

     - all utilities: specifically gas, electric, local telephone calls, internet and basic cable.


What is NOT included in the given rate?

Cleaning if the apartment is dimissed.

In the given rate additional services and City Stay tax are NOT included. City Stay tax is charged per person per day as follows:

    - 15 years and older approximately 1.5 €

    - Children 7-15 years approximately 0,75 €

    - Children up to 7 years do not pay


When do I pay and to whom?

Full amount is to be paid to the person who hands over the keys and signs the contract with you.

 
Can I pay in euro or another currency?

Payment is made in Serbian currency ONLY, based on middle exchange rate set by National Bank of Serbia. Many exchange offices are near by each apartment so exchanging your currency will never be a problem.


Can I pay with a credit card or a cheque?

You can pay by CREDIT CARD, on www.paypal.com or on our old website. However all of our apartments are close to ATMs that takes both, credit and debit cards. Payments by CC will be possible soon.

 
Can I pay at the end of my stay?

For legal and insurance reasons it is necessary to pay up front.  For longer stays it is possible to arrange partial payments but always for the days in advance.

 
Do I have to pay in advance to ensure my reservation?

An advance payment of 20% of the total amount is necessary IN ORDER TO RESERVE (non-refundable if cancelled), In some circumstances we might agree not to take any Reservation Deposit.

 


3 - ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE


How to reach the apartment?

With your booking confirmation a detailed map will be send to you by E-mail from the direction that you are coming from.


Can I enter the apartment at any time?

Since check-out time is before noo
n check-in time is after 2 pm. If the apartment was vacated earlier or was not occupied the previous day then we will be flexible and get you in at the earliest time possible. We advise you to contact us prior your arrival if you are arriving earlier and we will do our  best to accommodate your request.


Who will give me the keys?


Most of the time at the apartment address owner will be waiting for you, most of the apartment are owned directly by Belgrade-Apartment.org. Then we will show you around, provide keys, sign the contract, and will also receive full payment from you.

 
What happens if I arrive after 8pm?

At Belgrade-Apartment.org you are welcome at any time day or night. Check-in is possible 24/7, however check-in between 8pm - 8am will be charged according to our price list (check additional services).

 
What do I do with the keys at departure time?

Keys are to be handed over to the same person who checked you in. After checking the condition of the apartment, any additional charges (mini bar usage, laundry, etc) will then be charged.

 
Is it possible that someone else can pick up the keys instead of me?

Yes, it is possible to give the keys to someone else. That person is obligated to sign the contact and pay in full on your behalf as well. On your arrival your personal information and copy of your passport is needed.


Can I share the apartment with my friends from Belgrade ?

You can receive visitors at any time. However, since we are renting apartments per person overnight stays are ONLY for the guests stated in our contract.


Will there be anything in the fridge when I arrive?

Fridges in most of our apartments have a mini bar. However should you have any particular requests make them known to us prior your arrival and we will do our best to meet them (check additional cervices). 


I’ve lost the key!

If you lose your key you will be responsible for the total replacement cost of a new lock and keys. We do not take key deposits and as our guest’s safety is our number one priority with a lost key everything has to be replaced to ensure that.
 

Is there any interent connection?

Every apartment has ADSL, wireless or cable internet.

 

Is there a telephone in the apartment?

All of our apartments have a landline connection and handset.  Only local calls are provided, however you can receive calls from anywhere. If you insist on outgoing calls outside of Belgrade area please contact us



4 - HOUSE RULES

  • The apartment is rented per day and must be left vacant by noon, unless the contract states otherwise.
  • If you stay in the apartment after 12:00, you will be charged our daily rate.
  • Please carry your valuables with you, as StanNaDan does not cover and will not be held responsible for any stolen belongings.
  • No pets are allowed in the apartments.
  • Guests are obligated to handle equipment with care. Any damage will be charged.
  • Guests are not allowed to make loud noise or disturb their neighbours in any way, especially between 2pm and 5pm, as well as between 10pm and 9am.
  • Visitors are allowed as long as they follow house rules.
  • In case of incompliance with these rules, StanNaDan reserves the right to break the terms of the use of the apartment and to declare guests as "unwanted".
  • From the phone in the apartment you can make unlimited local calls and receive any incoming calls. However, calls outside of Belgrade area are blocked as well as all the numbers that starts with 0.
